Welcome to Library IV the premier independent steakhouse in Williamstown NJ where we have been serving the community since 1973. Known for our high-quality steaks, and seafood. Every one of our hand cut entrees includes unlimited trips to the best salad bar in South Jersey 30 feet long and stocked with the freshest produce, vegetables, cheeses, fresh baked breads and homemade dressings Library IV opened in 1973 as part of a group of restaurants. Brian O'Keeney has owned and operated the restaurant independently since 1981. Over the years he has expanded the restaurant, and menu many times, but never straying far from its rootsoots as a top quality steak house.
