Library IV opened in 1973, and at that time it was part of a group, but it has been owned independently by Brian O'Keeney since 1981. Since taking over he and his staff have expanded the restaurant and menu many times. Using only the top quality meats, seafood, and produce they have built a huge loyal clientele. Guests order dinner from the chef, and can ask to have the meat cut right in front of them. You can also talk to the chef about any special dietary preferences.  After placing your order help yourself to the 30 foot long salad bar where you will find only the freshest produce, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and fresh baked breads.
